Visited the temple hills locations to purchase a 10x15 storage unit, was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Wanda. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends for their storage needs. Additionally the facilities were secure, very clean and affordable.
I was moved from picking up my U-Haul truck in DC to the Snapbox location in Temple Hills, MD. Although I was not happy to have to drive out to MD, Wanda at Snapbox was kind, professional, and thorough with my U-Haul rental. We even had an issue with the back of the truck door not closing. Like a champ, she was able to find a crowbar to push up the door latch and get the truck closed. She was concerned for our safety as well and was going to try and find us another truck if she could not fix it. I highly recommend renting your U-Haul truck rental from this location!!!
Wanda did an excellent job with helping me find a unit that was the right size for the amount of items that would be put in storage. She is straight forward and gets to the point into which I like, I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a storage unit.
My experience with Snapbox has been amazing. I use the storage facility to hold overstock for my thrift store business. I haven’t had any issue with odor, mold, water damage or rodents, which has been a problem at some other facilities I’ve used in the past.
The most wonderful thing about my experience has been working with Wanda. She is by far the best customer service representative I have encountered in any business. When I am on the property she always stops by to say hello and makes sure I am satisfied. She always greets me and other tenants by name. She knew I wanted a unit that had lights and electrical outlets, as soon as one was available she was able to transfer me. She is always saying her tenants’ happiness is everything to her and her actions show it. I hope the company knows how valuable you are!
My experience with Snapbox has been nothing but amazing. Wanda the property manager is very professional and explains in detail the entire process. My items in storage were protected and I didn’t experience any rodents of any nature, the facility is clean and inside the units are nice and cool, not hot and stuffy as many other storage places. Crystal is also professional and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone looking for storage to definitely come here to Snapbox. The hours to access the storage are convenient for those that are earlier riser’s. I appreciate both Wanda and Crystal for the professional demeanor and I’ve never seen anyone at a storage place come and help you get items inside the unit if your having trouble. These two ladies ROCK! Snapbox ROCKS! I totally recommend.
