Five stars is barely enough to describe the greatness of this facility. The place is spotless, the units spacious and durable, and it is an easy ten-minute drive from my house. Susan and Rochelle have our deepest gratitude for their friendliness, knowledge and ability to steer us first-time renters through the process. They really went above and beyond to make our house move (3,000 square feet of stuff) considerably less stressful. They were nice enough to hold a large 10' x 30' unit until a couple weeks away (mid-September) when we really needed it. In addition, the temperature and humidity of the indoor units is well-controlled, which was reassuring when storing climate-sensitive items. Gate hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. This is wonderful, and much better hours than other facilities we've seen. We would not hesitate to recommend Snapbox in Hamilton for anyone who values a five-star storage experience, and it will be our go-to place should the need arise in the future!

Sparking clean and brand new facility that feels like a 5 star resort instead of a storage facility. The ladies in the office named Susan and Rochelle are very welcoming, plus will go out of their way to help you. I love that they reserved a large sized storage unit for us until we needed it. At this time only the temperature controlled units are available. The outside units look really nice but not sure when they will be ready to reserve. I highly recommend Snapbox in Hamilton for their safe and easy to get to location, convenient hours until 10 pm, cleanliness and superb customer service.

The Hamilton Snapbox Storage facility is a clean (brand new) well lit and easily accessible place. They make it easy to obtain a storage unit as well as closing out your rental without any hassles. Moving supplies and locks are also available if needed. The best part of this facility is the person running it, prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use one of their unts.

Moved in about 3 weeks ago. This was the absolute best storage facility service I have experienced, having used various storage facilities over the past 5 years. I worked with both Susan and Rochelle. They were very personable as well as professional and made the whole process extremely easy. The Hamilton facility itself is very impressive. Being able to store personal items in a large bin in a heated and air-conditioned environment was a comfort and relief. I will definitely recommend the Hamilton facility to anyone looking for an exceptional storage experience.
